RETURN POLICY

At Just Be Special we believe that online shopping should be enjoyable moment for you and your little one. That's why the customer satisfaction on first place for us!

REFUNDS:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 21 days of delivery for store credit, or a full refund of the purchase price of the item (minus original shipping and handling fees).

For all U.S. orders you will be responsible to pay for return shipping cost. If there is any damages or defects we will pay for return shipping cost.

Please Note: All pre-orders, custom made items and items purchased at a discount greater than 50% off the original price are FINAL SALE and not eligible for any return or exchange.

Store credit:

Never expires and maybe used for in-stock items only. Cannot be used for pre-order or custom made items. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with all original tags attached and in original packaging. Swimwear must have the original tags and hygienic liner intact. If the returned items do not meet this criteria, they will be return back to customer.

Full refund:

All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment and processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt.

EXCHANGE:

We are not able to do any exchanges because our stock is limited. It would have to be processed as a new order by using your store credit from the previous order, which you will receive upon returning the original item that you purchased. 

If you make a purchase and the item price was change before the shipping we able to do a price match. There is no price match after the shipping.

How to return:

1. To initiate a return, simply contact us via email at support@justbespecial.com with your order number and specify the reason for the return or exchange and we will take care of you. We do not accept the return package without prior contact. 

2. Once you send your email for return, we will answer on your request via email within 1-2 business days.

3. Mail us your item. For all U.S. orders you will be responsible to pay for return shipping cost. You may drop off your return package at any USPS location.

4. All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment and processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt.

You are welcome to use your own shipping method but you will need to send it to the same mailing address that is on our return label.
